    I am having difficulty adding enough proteins that I actually eat! Because I’ve said I am non-dairy the programme thinks I’m vegan, which I’m not because I eat eggs. However I rarely eat beef and pork about once a year. Lamb no more than once a week and chicken ditto. Most of my protein comes from fish, nuts and seeds and goats products. I do sometimes eat butter and cows milk cheese. I never eat soya because I can’t digest it. The best substitute for cows milk products is Goats milk products and they are not on the list! I use goats butter, milk, yoghurt and cheese – lots of lovely protein.

    Hi, Sunbear. Because your needs are specific, I suggest you unclick the dairy restriction and use the full personal Menu Planner so that you can choose precisely the foods you want and avoid the ones that don’t work for you.
