Protien Shakes

    Hi I am new to this just joined. I do a lot of exercise about 5 to 6 days a week and I have been told by a friend that I should take a protien shake is this advisable on the plan, if so which one should I go for.

    Hi, mkotak, and welcome. It’s great that you’re exercising so much! Our menu keeps you well-supplied with protein, so there’s no real need for more. We don’t encourage commercial protein shakes, as they tend to be overly processed, but we do have a collection of shake/smoothie recipes that you may find useful if you’re seeking post-workout replenishment.
