LassiegirlMemberOssie: Is the Arrowhead Mills natural Puffed Corn cereal ok? Ingredients: Puffed Whole Grain Yellow Corn. 1 cup = 1 g fat, 5 mg sodium, 50 mg potassium, total carb 12 g (2 g dietary fiber) protein 2 g. Kame Rice Crackers: ingredients: rice, sesame seeds, corn oil, sea salt & soybean tocopherols. Serving size 16 crackers (they are small) total fat 1.5 g sodium 90 mg, total carb 23g (dietary fiber less than 1 g, sugars none) protein 2 g. I like the taste of these crackers and usually only eat 8 of them with other things as snack. The “whole grain” rick cakes I have tried taste just one notch above what I think Styrofoam would, so I’m hoping these little sesame rice crackers are ok.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Lassiegirl. Pretty much anything Arrowhead Mills puts out is great. The fact that it is “whole grain” and so low in sodium is a good indication. As for the Kame Crackers, their brown rice crisps would be a better choice, as they are made with whole grain rice.
