In the recipe for the pumpkin muffins in Delight from members section it says 6 small cartons of eggs .. Surely this is a misprint?hELP?
Loving pumpkin (anything) and being “no-fat”, I checked-out the recipe and the other measured ingredients that I have a question regarding is: Stevia. Really? A cup and a half? And the 12 tsp’s. of pumpkin pie spice called for, equates to 1/4 cup. [?] That just seems like so-o-o-o much. 😉
Hi, ladies. We have contacted the member who wrote the recipe to ask her to clarify. Stay tuned…
Thanks!!
Have you hears anything yet?
