MemberHi, if soy is fattening because it is processed, I assume that also goes for soya milk? And is it the same also for other vegetarian processed foods such as Quorn?

MemberHi, Alison. No, soy is fattening WHEN it is processed, and simple items like soy milk and ancient foods like tofu, tempeh, and natto are not included in this – they are fine if the soy is organic. Quorn is controversial, but if you’re not allergic to it, it’s fine once in a while.

MemberHi, Oscar. They are artificial sweeteners and GMO and/or overly-processed soy products.
