    I love oatmeal but I make mine at work…I have a kettle available at the office. Is the regular instant oatmeal ok to use. I am worried about the processing removing the goodness. I add hemp hearts to it.

    They are from the hemp plant….not a narcotic…I get them at Costco….3 TBLS have so many nutrients in it…magnesium….riboflavin ….crunchie great in yogurt , cereal and sprinkled on salads…fill you up love them…
