I am new to the eating program and still trying to work it all out and gain an understanding. I have looked at some of the recipes, but not understanding the correct quantities of carbs, protien and fats for each meal is there a certain combination for each menu/meal. Also if I wanted to make a sweet is this included in my meal or snack ect ?
