    The amounts in the planner are too much for me to eat each day especially some of the snacks. Is it best to half all quantities at each meal or to drop a meal completely?

    Hi, Cuckstool. Whatever is most comfortable for you. We do recommend focusing on protein and produce, though – try cutting back on starchy carbs.
