Can I eat peanut butter in small quantities?
Is honey an acceptable sweetener with green tea?
Hi, Sharon. Peanut butter is just fine – you’ll find it in the Menu Planner lists as “Nut Butter”. Each exchange is 1 tablespoon. Honey is fine as a sweetener for tea, especially if organic. If you like your tea very sweet and/or drink a lot of sweetened tea, try to go easy on the honey, as it can add up fast.
Do you recommend Stevia ? Organic?
TNX so much for the responses.
I lost 4 lbs this week. 😀
So encouraged and feeling so MUCH better! 😀
Can I use dates as an alternaative to sugar on oatmeal etc.
Hi, Sharon. Congratulations! Yes, we do encourage Stevia sweetener, as unprocessed as possible.
Hi, Lizzy. Yes – that’s a great idea.
