    How would you fit roasted, unsalted pumpkin seeds and raw, unsalted sunflower seeds to our diet?

    Hi, knbishop. Each 1/2 ounce (14 grams or 2 tablespoons) equals 1/2 protein + 1 fat exchange. They are basically the same as nuts.
