SuduffysgirlMemberhi can you please explain how the carb exchange works ?I am in week 2 and very confused ?
Also why does my personal menu show repeated foods each day it always has eggs and cottage cheese , for breakfast , lunch dinner – I am a non meat eater .
I have completed the fav foods and preferred as many times and nothing seems to appear on the weekly menusApril 26, 2016 at 2:10 pm #35281
DonnamadiaMemberI would like to know why do I have to eat peanuts or some type of nuts each day? Aren’t they terribly high in calories.

sea5941MemberHi, I’ve just started on the TDC eating plan and I love it so far! However, as I live alone, I’m ending up with lots of packets open that could be wasted… Could I eat the same days menu for several days at a time (until I’m bored!), or is the variety an essential part of the plan? Thanks xx

anniburyMemberHello
i only joined at the weekend and started Monday on a fixed menu from the menu tab, decided this wont work for me as it feels like a military maneuver prepping all the meals. i work long hours and so time spent in the kitchen on a daily basis will be a struggle to sustain. i figure if i loose a day at the weekend cooking and freezing the the on line recipes i stand a better chance. but i would feel safer if i could input my menu choices on the website (dont know the tab to use to do this) to calculate the positive% of the menu choices and be able to have a shopping list automatically created on line …
Is it possible to do this?
