Is it possible to have DT’s from aspartame? I consumed about 3 – 4 cans of diet pepsi per day and probably double that on weekends. I have not had any now for 10 days. . . cold turkey. However feeling alittle shakey and slight headaches, which have all started since stopping drinking diet pepsi, hence wondering if it might be DT’s.
On the flip side just by stop drinking diet pepsi, eating way more fruits/veggies (instead of carbs), choicing the right carbs (i.e. 100% whole wheat) and eating more frequently I have notice some weigth lose (4 lbs) but what i have noticed the most is that my “muffin top” has decreased considerably. I am a “can’t do it all at once” kind a person and stopping diet drinks has been hard for me so one thing at a time and slowly by bad habits will disapper with good ones.
One more questions (for now) What is the recommendations regarding canned tuna and salmon??
