I love the muffins I made. The butternutsquash muffin for breakfast and the lemon cottage cheese muffin. Both are super good but missing some sweetness to them. The stevia wasn’t enough in the butternut and there was nothing sweet at all in the lemon cottage cheese. It was missing sweetness. Can I put raisins in the butternut squash?? Or honey in the lemon cottage cheese. If so…how much so that it doesn’t sabotage my eating habits…thank you
Hi, Kim. First, note that the lemon cottage cheese muffins are not intended to be sweet; however, if you want the sweetness. Second, yes, you can put raisins in the butternut squash – the amount will probably not be significant.
