Have a temporary membership because I need a few questions answered first. I know you get to choose foods you like but what about ingredients for foods. I do not like the spice ‘ginger’ or meals made with citrus. How do I avoid having menu foods made with these? Also, I have multiple medical issues and one of my medications causes weight gain and makes losing weight nearly impossible. I cannot stop taking this drug and there is no alternative medication. How do we get around this problem. AND one of my medical issues makes it very, very hard to do any but easy exercises. Is this a problem? Doctors have told me that I HAVE to lose weight. My son just got engaged & I so don’t want to look like this on his wedding day. Thank you for any answers you can give me.
