1st one: on one of my day meal plan for dinner it came up 1egg,1 slice of chicken/blackbean Quesadilla,1 cup cabbage and half cup brown rice why would I have an egg with this meal? I looked at what was suggested for a different option but only 2 other things can I just skip? 2nd ? In the Broccoli Butternut Muffin can something else be used in place of the stevia syrup and what is raw milk?
I am also new and looking for a similiar answer. A breakfast includes 2 tbsp of low fat sour cream?
A dinner is Chicken soup for the gods, 1 cup kidney beans and 1 cup collard greens. Would I add these to the soup? Seems an odd assortment for a meal. I find most of my personalized menu options are very strange mixtures of foods that are not exactly appealing.
