What is Stevia or Monk fruit?
Do I have to eat everything on the meal planner?
I only drink 1 percent milk, is that ok? I really don’t like the 3.25 percent.
They are both natural sweeteners. the stevia is hard to work with as far as using the correct amount. If you use too much your dish or drink will be bitter. On the other hand monk fruit is awesome stuff and very easy to work with. You can use it just like reg. sugar. I find it to be a shade sweeter than sugar but it’s good none the less. I buy mine on amazon.com.
