Hi! I’ve been on the diet for 4 days. I haven’t checked my weight yet but I feel better. I have more energy and my digestion has improved. I found the adjustment from my family’s usual diet to this one hard, but the tastiness made it easier.
I do have some questions: If I’m not hungry at snack time, can I skip it or just eat less?
Also, if I like a recipe, for instance – a shake from the drink section, what can I replace on my menu? I see the serving size on the recipe.

I wouldn’t skip snacks as that makes you too hungry for your next meal then you start looking at the biscuit tin again
