    Can quorn be included in the menu? I have not seen it in the exchange list so what would be the food values be.

    Hi, Christine. Quorn is in our Menu Planner lists as a protein exchange (under Miscellaneous, since it isn’t meat or chicken, but also not vegan). Each 2 ounces (57 grams) is one protein exchange.
