I enjoy a handful of raisins from time to time, and more so in my oatmeal. Noticed on menu plan no raisins.
Are raisins not healthy?
Hi, bellybutton58. Raisins are absolutely fine, and are featured in the food lists in the personal Menu Planner applicaton. When you select foods from the lists in that application to build your menu, you have a lot more options (including raisins).
