I don’t know what raw milk is.
I don’t know either. how do we find out?
Raw milk is used in some of the recipes that are in the book. Th only one that I know of is milk that you would get right from the farmer.
How do we get a answer? We have a question bur no one answers!
I was browsing the forums and found this:
I hope this helps. But maybe raw milk can be replaced with “regular” milk in the recipes?
Raw milk can be replaced with organic milk in the recipes. It is very important that the milk used was not produced with any hormones or antibiotics. Raw milk and raw dairy products are generally available through specialty shops – sources can be found on the web through http://www.realmilk.com/where03.html.
