Coming from Australia I was wondering what the American definition of raw milk is
Milk that has not been pasteurized or homogenized.
Hi, I don’t get on with raw dairy products. Is it ok to use normal low fat cottage cheese?
Organic dairy is just fine. Note that cottage cheese has significantly less B-vitamin content than milk, so consider eating it alongside a whole grain product or seeds.
Having had brucellosis the thought of raw milk is totally unacceptable. What is the alternative?
Organic fortified milk is just fine.
