I just joined yesterday and I noticed a lot of “raw” foods. I live in Texas and live close to a dairy farm that sells “raw” goat milk and raw products like cheeses. Are these acceptable to eat? Wish there was a way to add foods that we eat to be added to our menu. Thanks Ossie
Yes, we do suggest raw milk, no matter from what source, just as long as it is safe. Please feel free to list here the foods you do not see in the Menu Planner that you would like to include in your menus, and we will look into it. Thanks.!
