MemberI have been weighing my meat and fish when it is cooked. It just occurred to me that the weights might be for raw meat and fish. As this can be quite a different amount I thought I should check. I’m doing fine with the menus’ though. I have lost 1 1/2 kilos already!

MemberHi, you two. The menu was designed for the meat/fish/poultry and vegetable weights to be raw, and the starchy food recipes to be cooked. However, if the meat/fish/poultry is lean, it really doesn’t matter 🙂
Joy, congratulations on your weight loss! We wish you continued success.October 28, 2015 at 3:46 am #32256NadineSchollar
MemberHow do I change my Breakfast Menu to include Porridge, waffles, etc. All of them seem to be stuck on pork, ham etc.

MemberHi, Nadine. Click on one of your starchy breakfast foods (such as bread, bagel, etc.), and you will see pancakes or oatmeal as a swap. I’m not sure why they are not coming up automatically, but you can definitely and easily change it.
