    I wanted to know what is meant by “1 serving of Ready made meal Starch, regular? Does it mean eating a
    frozen dinner with starch?

    Hi, pmack361. Yes – for example, a frozen pasta dish with a simple sauce, without added meat or cheese.

    I probably would have eaten the whole frozen dinner starch, meat and ALL.
