MemberHi Kelli, I’m really glad to hear such positive news from you. My name is Linda and I just started the program yesterday. I too read all of the provided information which was packed full of great info! I now need to make my shopping list and get started. Should be up and running in a few days. How much have you lost so far?

MemberHi, Judy. In the Recipes area, type “shake” into the search box, and you will get the program’s shake recipes. You can also use the Nutribullet to puree fruits and vegetables to add to recipes, i.e. cauliflower to mashed potatoes.

Please follow the instructions below to access your weekly menu:
1. Go to http://www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right corner of the homepage click Login
3. Enter your username and password (You can also use your email address as your username. If you lost or forgot your password, click Login and then choose “lost password.” Follow the steps on the screen to reset your password)
4. After you login, you will be taken to Week 1 of the Trim Down Club Program – Step by Step Guide to Success (If you are not taken to Week 1, simply click on Home in the Trim Down Club Website).
5. To access your Weekly Meal Plan, simply click on the START button underneath Step 3.If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the website.
