i can’t afford to buy all the different kinds of flour that the recipes call for. is thee a way to group them so that i know what are acceptable substitutes?
I just started on this site and will start eating this way tomorrow. I have found all these kinds of flours in bulk at Whole Foods and you can purchase small portions of it for a very reasonable price in little bags. I keep them in jars with names on them or plastic containers.
Thanks for the great advice, DM. Anne, you can also substitute with regular whole wheat flour as well.
