Hi
I was wondering if I can look at the recipes and pick recipes to have for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinners instead of using the menu planner? I also make a lot of soups and items that are still healthy, but not on the menu planners example lentil soup, turkey soup. What do I do? I drink coffee does that count?
Hi, Rbekky. Coffee is a “free” beverage, though whatever you add to it should be considered.
As for the recipes, you can just select something similar in the Menu Planner lists as a placesaver when you build your menus, then make the swap at mealtime. Soups tend to be the easiest, because you can just select the bean soup or meat soup that are already there, and you’ll be fine – just pay attention to the portion size.
