Keto Artichoke-Stuffed Zucchini
Ingredients for Two
Zucchini, 1 (200 g)
Cream cheese, 3 oz (75 g)
Spinach, frozen, cooked, boiled, drained, 3 Tablespoons (32 g)
Artichoke hearts, 3 Tablespoons (43 g)
Mozzarella cheese, whole milk, 1/3 cup, shredded (37 g)
Parmesan cheese, 2 Tablespoons (21 g)
Garlic, 1 small clove (2 g)
Table salt, 1/4 teaspoon (1-2 g)
Red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon (1 g)
Bacon, 4 slices (104 g)
The directions would be the same.Beef Burger with Cabbage (since this is a keto recipe, it is best to use the higher-fat beef, rather than 90/10)
Ingredients for Two
Ground Beef (85/15 or 80/20), 1/2 pound (227 g)
Raw Egg, 1 egg (43 g)
Cream, fluid, heavy whipping, 1 ounce (29 g)
Feta Cheese, 1/2 ounce (14 g)
Cabbage, 1 1/2 cups, shredded (105 g)
Butter, No Salt, 1 1/2 ounces (42 g)
Tomato Puree, 1/2 Tablespoon(8 g)
Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon (5 g)
Parsley chopped, 1 1/2 Tablespoons (7 g)
Table salt, 3/4 tsp (0.5 g)
