Ossie-SharonMemberGood bread with a good nut butter is a great choice for a snack or as part of a main meal.

diverchuckMemberA nice feature to add to the recipes would be the nutritional value per serving such as how many carbs, protein, calories, etc. Does the TDC have any plans for this?

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, DiverChuck. Yes, we are planning on doing this in the future. Thanks 🙂

JoanYamamotoMemberI’ve been trying to find the cream cheese brownie recipe that was pictured on your site when I joined 2 days ago. Please send it to me.

ggainesMemberLove the recipes, but would you consider a large print option? My poor print menu does not have an enlarge feature. Even with my strong glasses it is hard to tell the 1/4 measurements from 1/2. I sure hope this is possible. thanks so much

chris6805MemberI am trying to cook the breakfast quiche. It is in the oven but mine doesn’t look like the picture. LOL I had a hard time with the pastry. It didn’t fit the pan and go over the sides. Used organic flower on cutting board and tried rolling out the pastry sheet. I am not a chef in the kitchen. Just hoping the old saying tastes better than it looks. Any advice on how to properly prepare the pastry? I bought already made because not a good enough cook to make my own. Help!

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Chris. It looks like there was just too much dough for the size of the pan. If you could roll it out, then that’s a very good sign.

chris6805MemberI also would like to know if there is an archive of recipes to look at.

living_yaMemberThis is my second week after signing up for this program. I am struggling with the menu. Example, on Monday I am suppose to consume 1 egg ( omega 3). How should this be prepared? Should I fry them, or boil them or ? Then 3 tbsps of Chutney. I don’t know how to prepare this. Where do i find how to prepare the food.
I am not sure if this is the right place to clear doubt. Pls help.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Chris. Absolutely! Click on the “Recipes” link in the toolbar near the top of each site page (3rd over from the left). It’s organized by meal course and has a search option.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, living_ya. You can prepare the items any way you wish 🙂 For that reason, we list the foods generically. You can get ideas from our collection of recipes (link near the top of each site page).
