Hi, I have lost a kg but find it hard to follow the diet. My staple food has been rice,noodle for lunch and dinner. I actually was wondering if I could consume those breakfast lunch dinner recipes instead of the menu. Or is there a way to substitute them and forgo others in the menu. How do I do it?
don’t like veg but am.trying but I can only eat them when mixed with something else.

If using the Menu Planner application and choosing those foods from the lists doesn’t result in the pattern you’d like, then you can just use the exchanges as a guide (click on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu) and slip in matching portion sizes of your favorite foods per this list – http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. All we ask, of course, is that at least some of the rice and noodles be whole grain if possible.
