    Hello

    I’ve started replacing breakfast with Ultralean Nutrition Shake.

    Ingredients listed below.

    Would appreciate feedback on whether or not this will be helpful for far burning?

    Hi, FunChick. Thanks for the ingredients list.
    Generally, those products aren’t really helpful for fat-burning with long-term results because they are based on “isolates” and similar compounds that aren’t really natural to the body. Your metabolism ultimately won’t react well to them. That’s why we favor whole foods.
    Is there a reason you are using this? Are you short on time?
