BlondiMemberI am a new member who does not drink tea or coffee. I tend to mostly drink diet colas which I know are not good for me. Any ideas on healthy alternatives to cola would be appreciated. I know water is the best but need a bit of interest and variety.

lg1103MemberI know what you mean. I dislike coffee and cola’s. I have learned to like ice tea–try Red Rose brand.
I mostly drink diet Snapple lemon tea. They say it’s made from the best stuff on earth??????????????
I’m trying to drink more water but it’s hard although I have signed up with a water bottle co. The water is my area is bad. Any suggestions as to my addiction to Snapple.tAugust 6, 2014 at 3:39 am #22331
Ossie-SharonMemberHi, you two. A couple of options:
1. Infused waters. You can soak various fruits in water for a few hours, then drink the water as-is, or sweetened with a natural low-carb sweetener, such as xylitol (this seems to work best)
2. Soda water with splashes of fresh lemon and/or lime juice, again with a natural low-carb sweetener.
3. White, gree, and red (rooibos) teas, as well as herbal “teas” are great options, too – very healthy, and rooibos and most herbal “teas” is caffeine-free. - AuthorPosts
