MemberOk I know most of you are going to read this and say yeah right!!!! I have been eating healthy all my life I love cheese, fruits, veggies etc etc etc everything that i put on my menu are things I already eat everyday. My boyfriend always yells at me telling me I need to quit eating all the crap I eat. I am not a big meat eater, chicken, turkey and pork, is about all I like along with seafood but I’m not going to go out of my way to buy it just for me. My boyfriend is not a big fresh seafood fanatic. I don’t care for eggs either, nor do I care for salt. I just want to know that I am doing the right thing, and hopefully I can drop about 40 lbs, this is all belly fat mind you and I’m not happy with it. I am menopausal and I started packing on the pounds about 2 years ago, I have always carried my weight well till that point.
Plus I am a bartender I work nights and weekends and usually don’t like eating the fatty fried foods we serve at work so I wait until I get home to eat. This in it self i know is bad and most of the time I go to bed with out eating, or I go for quick things like burritos, popcorn, almonds.
I really would like to know if I miss one or two meals is it going to hurt more than it helps. I don’t Normally eat as much as is suggested, so i need help understand how this is going to effect me.

Memberthe goal is to take better care of yourself sweety, not make excuses on why you dont want to make time. Life has a way of taking over if we allow it. Love yourself enough to make time for you. You are worth it.
