Having a tough time finding an organic salad dressing, and also a tough time finding one that doesn’t have soybean oil in it. Recommendations?
Ok… Found organic salad dressing today at Walmart however, contains soybean oil, is this OK?
Hi, troyandkelli. Olive oil is preferred, but soy oil can be fine if it is organic and you have plenty of omega-3 fats throughout the day (salmon, kale, flaxseed, chiaseed, etc.)
