I am new as I just signed up today.
I am up and about by 530am at the latest and work from 0730-1600. What would be the best schedule for me? Usually in bed 2100-2200 hrs
Hi, Kmiller1993, and welcome! I suggest to have breakfast at about 06:00-0700 or so, if possible, then lunch at ~1200-1300, dinner at ~1700-1800, and your snack at `2000. You can also have your snack somewhere earlier in the day, if you wish.
