Hi,
I’m new to the Trim Down Club and I haven’t actually started to follow the plan yet (I don’t want to set myself up to fail by not being able to invest the time and effort). I am following Keto and I notice, for example, in the menu the omelette with mushroom says 1 serving. What is considered a serving size? Thank you.
Hi, Michele58. If you look in the summary information bar over the recipe photograph, it will tell you the number of servings the recipe makes – then just divide it by that to get your serving size. Many of the keto recipes make just one serving.
My wk 1 menu plan contains “2 ounces of Pizza, Plain Cheese, Regular Crust”. How much is 2 oz of pizza, 1/8 of a 16″ pizza? A slice of pizza doesn’t fit on my food scale.
Thank you.
Hi, Beachbum. It is closer to 1/9 of a 12-inch pizza, so 1/16 of a 16-inch pizza.
