MemberOk, new to this plan and so far I’m not liking it very well. Where does it tell me what 2 servings of veggies means? Is that 2 cups or 2 pounds or 2 beans? I don’t feel like I’m an idiot but I can’t find anything on this website other than recipes and menu planning. Don’t get me wrong, both of those are vital but being able to navigate serving sizes would help. Please tell me where this is hidden on the site.

MemberHi, also on this topic, what size is a rice cake?
There is some list for vegetable serving sizes, but I can’t remember how to find it. This website is not very user friendly.

MemberHi, jkreseen. When you click on the pot icon to the right of the term “Vegetables of your Choice” in your menu, you will see the portion sizes. I’m happy to help you find anything else you’re seeking here (repost here when you hit a snag).

MemberHi, raisay. Please see my response below regarding vegetable serving sizes. Regarding rice cakes, a regular one is about 4 inches or 10 cm, and a mini i s about 2 inches or 5 cm.
