Thats not saying much as Dr’s dont know the ingredients on these shakes. But I have diabetes. I weigh 425lbs so anything has to be an improvement over what I have been doing.I was told to take a shake called EAS advantedge carb control made by abbott as a snack to keep my blood sugar in check and my motaboilsm running. I dont own a blender and simple and not much effort is what I’m trying to do. This is also give me portion control so if its not too bad for me I would like to continue but if someone else has an ides please let me know…thanks
Hi, millereb. If those shakes help you avoid night eating, that’s fine. Do be aware of how you feel, though, because the artificial sweeteners used have been linked to increased appetite in research.
