Hi, Memere1952. Yes, you can – but note that they aren’t enough for one of your major meals. In terms of food group “exchanges,” each serving (2 scoops mixed with water) yields 1 carb + 3 protein exchanges. To see how many of the various exchanges you are allotted per meal or snack, click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above any of your menus here. Note that you can trade a protein exchange for a carb exchange.
