I’m 50 and about 40lbs overweight (due to underactive thyroid). I joined this club about a month ago and the diet helped me lose a few pounds (I’m about 217 from 223 last month).

I started using organic coconut oil in my diet (2 tblsp / day) as I read/saw all the benefits on how helps lose weight but is also great for underactive thyroid. Gives you massive energy.

Also adding “Wheatgrass powder” daily (a drink in the morning) as I heard 1 scoop gives you your daily supply of all your greens. I’m still eating veggies all day long tho 🙂

With the coconut oil and wheatgrass, I finally have enough energy now (for the first time in over 2 years) to start exercising.

Since I’m 50, have a high demanding job and other commitments with no time for gym membership or equipment, I did a bunch of research and saw this:

    Homepage Sales Page

I bought the program that comes with a manual and all the videos and must say after the first few days that this is the real deal.

Craig Ballantyne is not a fly-by-night scammer. He writes articles for health magazines, has classes and is a fitness junkie and helps people like me.

What I like about this is 3 days per week at 10-minutes per workout to keep the fat-burning all week. Also, other than a stability ball (which is optional), you don’t have to buy any weights or equipment. All of his exercises are done with your own body weight and resistance.

I must say it’s 10 minutes but you will be SORE after that and it’s a soreness that lasts thru the following day till your next workout. He designed all of these to burn stubborn fat.

If you’re skeptical, he also has 4-minute workouts (just 4 minutes is all you need in 1 day) that will leave you absolutely exhausted and burning fat thru the next day.

I tried this last week (before I bought the program) and I was absolutely exhausted and I felt the muscle soreness all day and the next day.

If you don’t want to do the 4 minute intense one’s his 10 minute ones (and he lays a 4 week beginner plan for you with videos that you work out with) are the same but with 10 second rests

Anyhow, if someone is looking for a cheap solution that will really get you results. No gym membership or expensive equipment, it’s worth a try.

just try the youtube video above and you’ll see this is not a scam 🙂

    Here’s another sample of a beginner 4-minute

but with the program, you get access to all of the videos and a schedule for you to follow. Eahc time, a different video and he specifically lays/organizes it all out so you’re doiong different exercises each time.

So now I’m doing this in the morning for 10 minutes before I get ready to go to work. And I must say, all day long I know I worked out as my stomach and body feels like it’s been at the gym for an hour 🙂

    I hope this works 🙂

The main program only cost me $27 (manuals and dozens of videos that you work out with). However, he will try and “upsell” you $30 more of other videos (which include his 4-minute blasters if you don’t want to do the 10-minute ones). The extra $30 also includes a bunch of nutrition stuff, etc.. I went ahead and bought the extra $30 (although you could probably not do that as the $27 would be enough) simply because the guy is highly reputable and put years of work/effort into his programs and it shows by his enthusiasm in his programs.

The way I see the $57 is a regular gym membership may be $10-20 per month. For $57, this gives you years worth of workout regimines and exercises for what 3-4 months of a gym would cost. You can also do these exercises on the road/hotels in your room. No equipment needed.

I’m excited about this and don’t think I will get bored. 🙂
