I live down under in New Zealand and some of the fruits are out of season, I decided I would buy frozen fruit, and substitute with others. I spent a long time in the supermarket, and will need to go to another to buy wholemeal pasta. I think it will take me a week or two to get my head round this.
Hi, pj.ej.fahey, and welcome! You have the right idea!! No pressure about buying fruit out of season – just get whatever you can, and the closer to it being local, the better. After the initial time investment, it will run more smoothly. Just ease into it.
