    Hi, dmenez. Each person needs a different amount, depending largely on BMI and gender, but also age and activity level. According to the information you provided to the system, right now you probably need about 270 grams of carbohydrates, about 94-104 grams of protein, and up to 93 grams of fat.

    Hi, I have just joined and I have my menus for the week but I live in the UK and lots of the ingredients for the recipes aren’t readily available. Is anyone else having this problem?

    good morning guys and gals

    just a short note….. I seem to think that I am not eating enough….mainly due to the fact that when I do have something to eat -I am too full for snacks etc and I only remember to eat when my tummy tells me it is food time……is this right

    also due to the fact that we cannot get ezekial bread..I had tried wholemealbread… but after noteating any bread for days…it made me feel horrible…. again is this right?
