I’m trying to get started but stumbling over ways to capture foods from say the 8 week challenge to make shopping lists. And, if say I don’t eat pork, what can I substitute? Also like, can cheddar cheese be substituted for the ricotti? Also, can fat free milk be substituted for the other dairy some times? I’ve not seen all the videos yet. Is there one that explains the balance of foods we are trying to achieve so if I replace a protein with another kind of protein it still works? Thanks!
Hi, Onel. I highly recommend that instead of using the Ready-to-Go menus that you switch over to the full Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above). There you can choose the foods that go into your menus, and when you have the menu generated for you, you can click on any of the foods to get a list of swappable items.
