Today was my first day and I made the shrimp stir fry for lunch and it was delicious!! I did sub okra and peas for the asparagus and mushrooms. I am g free so I was excited to make the cupcakes but they were horrible! I kept thinking I had used too much butter but 6 ounces is a stick and a quarter I believe. Anyway, it was too much butter!
