Hello! So I had just gotten done making a few changes to my menu for the next couple days. But before doing so I had noticed that there are smoothie drink recipes. For the past couple months I have been using my moms ‘Nutribullet RX’ and making a breakfast drinks with fruits, vegetables and seeds. Do you think that I could still do those a couple times a week and still be on track?
