MemberHi, Lynettej23. What is in your smoothie? What is in your “lite lunch”?

MemberHi, halfpint22. At your current weight, your menus provide about 2100-2200 calories per day. As you lose significant amounts of weight and generate new menus, that amount will go down gradually.

MemberHi, Lynettej23. Overall, what you described in the last two posts seems like a good start for intermittent fasting, but in total perhaps too little nutrition for an entire day. Have you tried the menus here? We offer something similar to what you have been doing, but with a more robust breakfast, something like your smoothie for a snack, then a nutritious meal for lunch. That is likely to be more sustainable (definitely less hunger) and reduces the risk for hitting a weight loss plateau. If you don’t like the specific food items, note that you can swap them using the nearby edit tools.
