    I love kale and fruit smoothies mixed with just water in the morning. Is this OK? do I have to add protien?

    Hi, krose. That combination is great, but yes, we would recommend you add some protein. Even yogurt or milk (dairy, organic soy, or hemp) can do the trick

    Hi, Muscat. Certainly! Just match up the smoothie ingredients with the exchanges in your breakfast (click on “Exchange View” in the tool bar above your current menu).
