Is it okay to only eat snacks if I’m hungry? It seems like too much food. I am constantly feeling stuffed. Can one or more daily snacks be eliminated or decreased?
Hi, KimberlyBlackwood. Yes, as long as you get at least 3 meals per day, eat when you are most active, and make sure to get at least 5 total servings of fruits+vegetables each day.
