I’d like to broil the 1 cup of green beans tossed in 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce. Would I still eat the 2 oz of cheese? How much would that change the “snack”?
Hi, BrickA. It would be a better nutritional fit if you cut back on most of the nuts (i.e., have 1 tablespoon instead of 4), but if those are important to you, then you can cut the cheese serving in half, and that would be fine.
