Hello,
How long after breakfast, lunch and diner am I supposed to have my snack? Two hours?
Also could you please give me a sense of how much milk I can add to my cereals at breakfast. I am assuming that quantities matter.
Best.
Frenchnich.
Yes, two hours is reasonable, as that is how long it takes the stomach to become fully empty.
If you are using a skim type of milk, up to 1 cup added milk that is not counted into the menu is fine; any higher fat, then 1/2 cup.
